Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges (Refunds are not accepted)

- You may request an exchange if:

- The item received is physically damaged or defective upon arrival, or

- The item you received is not the correct size ordered due to an error on our behalf

- Support was contacted within 7 days of delivery.

- Non-returnable items: Items that do not meet the above criteria, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered, are not eligible for exchange.

2. How to Request an exchange

- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order at contact.warforms@gmail.com

- include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item or incorrect size.

- Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Exchanges

- If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we can offer an exchange for the correct size or a replacement item, subject to availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

- If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.

5. Legal Rights

- This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You may still have rights under applicable consumer protection laws for faulty or misdescribed goods.
